Data processor (payments)

Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (payment processor). Stripe acts as the data processor for payment data (amounts, payment-method holder, date). This site does not receive or store card data.

Purpose of processing

  • To process payment for the contracted booking deposit.
  • To issue the named receipt required for redemption at the studio.
  • To verify the identity of the named booking-deposit holder at the time of redemption.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract for the purchase of the booking deposit requested by the user.

Data we collect

At checkout, Stripe captures:

  • Name of the payment-method holder.
  • Payment-method details (handled entirely by Stripe).
  • Name of the booking deposit's named holder (custom Stripe field), if different from the buyer.
  • Optional short description of the tattoo.

This site does not collect browsing data, does not set marketing or analytics cookies, and does not use tracking pixels.

Data retention

Payment data is retained by Stripe per its policy. This site does not retain personal data beyond the standard deployment logs of the hosting provider (Netlify).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the holder's address listed in the Legal notice.

No non-essential cookies

This site does not use analytics, marketing, or tracking cookies. The only cookie that may be set is `hibrys_locale`, which remembers your language choice and expires after one year. No consent banner is required.
