Terms of sale

1. Nature of the product

The site offers one product:

• Booking deposit: an online payment of a fraction of the total cost of the tattoo, which reserves an appointment slot. Deducted from the final amount.

The booking deposit is named and non-transferable: only the named person can redeem it. The named person may be different from the buyer at the time of purchase.

2. Tied to a pre-booked appointment

The booking deposit is tied to an appointment pre-booked outside this platform. The site charges for the booking deposit but does not schedule appointments.

3. Expiry

The booking deposit expires six (6) months after the date of purchase. After that, it cannot be redeemed or refunded.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling by the customer

• Booking deposit: non-refundable if the customer cancels the appointment.
• Rescheduling: free of charge if the customer gives at least 72 hours notice before the appointment.

5. Cancellation by the artist

If the artist cancels the appointment, the artist chooses between rescheduling or refunding the full amount.

6. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Given the nature of the service (scheduled for a specific date), the exclusion of the right of withdrawal under Article 103 of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users applies.

7. Redemption

Redemption takes place by presenting the named Stripe receipt at the studio. No codes are used. The receipt is verified against the Stripe dashboard.

8. Payment via the platform

The booking deposit can be paid through this platform.
