I'm giving it 5 stars because Google Maps doesn't have the option to give a 10.

The artist
“Every tattoo starts with a conversation. The skin is just the last page.”
I am Hibrys, a visual artist and tattooer with a degree in Fine Arts, based in Barcelona. Since 2013, I have been building a practice that moves organically between drawing, illustration, and tattooing.
I work exclusively with my own designs and pieces created from scratch. My goal is for each tattoo to have a unique identity and be conceived to integrate with the anatomy, rather than simply reproducing a static image on it.
I am interested in organic forms, nature, the strange, and the beautiful in its less obvious versions. My work draws from various artistic traditions, blending line, volume, texture, and color to create pieces that can naturally coexist with the skin and the passage of time.
Although my base is in Barcelona, I travel regularly working as a *guest artist* throughout Europe.
No flash catalogs. No closed formulas. Just drawings meant to inhabit the skin.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a tattoo cost?
It depends on the size, the placement and the complexity of the design. Every piece is unique and gets a quote after the first consultation.
The starting price is €60. Larger pieces are billed per session and confirmed before we begin.
How do I book an appointment?
Send me a general idea by email or Instagram — references, placement, approximate size. From there we'll set up a first consultation at the studio.
To lock the date and start working on the design, you reserve a Booking deposit online (Stripe). The deposit is deducted from the final price.
Can I see the design before the session?
Yes. The design is worked on from the first consultation and is shown on the day of the appointment, already adjusted to the placement.
Designs aren't sent in advance: a tattoo is made for the skin that wears it, and on paper it doesn't yet exist.
Does it hurt?
It does, but it is bearable. The feeling varies a lot with the placement and the person. We take breaks when needed and adjust the pace to your comfort.
How do I look after the tattoo afterwards?
I give you a written aftercare guide at the end of the session. The essentials: gentle cleaning with neutral soap, a thin layer of cream, no direct sun or swimming for the first two weeks.
If anything worries you during healing, write to me.
Can I bring my own design?
Of course. The clearer the idea you bring, the better. We review it together in the consultation and I adapt it so it works on skin.
What's the minimum age?
The minimum age is 18, with a valid ID.
Minors aged 16 or 17 may be tattooed accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, both with an ID that proves the relationship.

Care for your tattoo 🖤
-
The first 24 hours
If you are wearing an adhesive film like Second Skin, leave it on for the time indicated by your tattoo artist. If the film starts to peel off, water gets in, or too much fluid accumulates underneath, remove it sooner. If you have a standard film, remove it when instructed by your tattoo artist, usually after a few hours. Once the film is removed: Wash your hands thoroughly before touching the tattoo. Wash the area gently with warm water and neutral, unscented soap. Do not rub or use sponges. Rinse well and pat dry with clean paper towels. Let it breathe for a few minutes before applying any product.
-
HYDRATE, BUT DON'T OVERDO IT
During this initial period, applying cream is not necessary. The priority is to keep the tattoo clean, dry, and protected from unnecessary friction. It is normal for some plasma, ink, or small blood spots to appear during the first few hours. You can gently wash the tattoo when needed, especially if it gets dirty or plasma residue accumulates. After washing it, always pat it dry, without dragging the paper towel across the skin.
-
DURING THE FIRST FEW DAYS
It is normal for the tattoo to be somewhat red, sensitive, warm, or slightly swollen during the first few hours. Some plasma or ink may also appear on the surface. During the healing process: Wash the tattoo gently once a day or when necessary. Keep the skin clean and lightly hydrated. Wear clean, loose-fitting clothing that does not rub excessively against the area. Do not scratch or pick at peeling skin, scabs, or flaking. Let the skin peel off on its own.
-
WHAT TO AVOID
During the healing process, avoid: 🚫 Pools and hot tubs 🚫 The sea and prolonged baths 🚫 Saunas and steam rooms 🚫 Direct sunlight 🚫 Workouts that cause excessive friction or sweating in the area 🚫 Excessively tight clothing 🚫 Scratching or picking at peeling skin 🚫 Applying alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, or other harsh products 🚫 Scented creams or exfoliating products A normal shower is fine. What we want to avoid is keeping the tattoo submerged. During the healing process, no direct sunlight. Once completely healed, always use a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ sunscreen when you are going to expose the tattoo to the sun.
Let's talk about your idea
If you have an idea in mind or would like to discuss a project, feel free to get in touch and tell me a little more about it.
