In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving the original order to ourselves at your own cost with a completed returns form.
Please email us with details at the address below and we will forward you a returns form to enable you to send back your purchase.
We will not accept any returns without a completed returns form and a receipt or proof of purchase.
We suggest you obtain a receipt from the carrier as the item remains your property until it is received back at our warehouse. All items must be unworn, in a re-saleable condition with all tags still attached and in the original packing. We inspect all returns and if we believe any of the above has not been adhered to, we can return the item to you at your own cost. Please note that should you refuse to pay for an item to be returned we reserve the right to dispose of it within 28 days. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods. Our decision regarding the condition of the returned goods is final.
If the returned goods are found to be faulty, defective, or not the ordered product we will refund the total cost of the item plus the original postage. To avoid situations when a customer claims the item is faulty, defective, or not the ordered product we request you supply photographic evidence to assist you in our decision. We do not refund any postage costs for returning a faulty, defective, or not the product ordered items but if we can see from photographic evidence supplied by you that there is a fault, we can issue a pre-paid label by email for you to forward the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you need to exchange it for same item, you will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first and then you should place a new order.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refund times are dependent on your bank and location.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
